At Urban America Store, we aim to provide high-quality, unique products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully, as it explains when refunds or replacements are available.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment partners, Urban America Store does not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or style selected
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Our products are unique and often made or prepared on demand.

  • Delivery within the United States typically takes 10–20 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and destination
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this delivery timeframe.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

You are eligible if:
✔ Your item arrived damaged
✔ Your item arrived defective
✔ You received the wrong item

Resolution options:

If your request is approved, we will offer:

4. Missing Packages

If tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check:

  • With household members
  • With neighbors
  • Around your mailbox, porch, or delivery area

Urban America Store is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase only.

After this time, the order enters processing or production and cannot be changed or cancelled.


6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Print-on-demand products
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
